포지션 정보

• 소속: C2C Business

• 고용 형태: 계약직 (3개월, 3~6개월 단위 계약 연장 가능)

Introducing the Global Marketing Intern Position

Hello from SentBe Marketing Team! SentBe operates a global fintech platform that supports person-to-person global remittances. We collaborate with teammates from diverse nationalities to build services for a global customer base.

As a Global Marketing Intern, you will gain end-to-end marketing experience by leading user acquisition campaigns for the SentBe Application and collecting feedback through direct communication with customers. You will play a key role in connecting our service with real users on the ground and will have opportunities to receive performance-based incentives. Position Overview

• Team: C2C Business

• Employment Type: Contract base (initial 3 months, renewable every 3 to 6 months based on performance)

• Working Hours: 10 hours per week (weekend work required, schedule negotiable)

• Compensation: Hourly wage of KRW 10,030, with performance-based incentives

• Location: ONE CENTINEL, 70 Yeouidaero, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul (Headquarters) (Work location may vary depending on marketing activities)

Your Key Responsibilities After Joining

• Encourage user sign-ups and proceed first remittance from users who interested in SentBe's services

• Respond to customer inquiries related to SentBe's service, promotions and remittance process, etc.

• Collect feedbacks and identify issues through communication with customers

• Assist in execution of offline events and compile reports on event outcomes

• Support the preparation and management of marketing kits and event giveaways

Who We’re Looking For

• Currently residing in Korea
• Holders of D-2 valid visas
  • GPA of at least C (2.0) from previous semester
  • Date of the status change (or the date of entry for visa holders) exceeds 6 months
• Holders of D-4 valid visas

  • Average attendance rate across all completed semesters must be 90% or higher

  • Date of the status change (or the date of entry for visa holders) exceeds 6 months

• Holders of D-10 valid visas
  • No prior employment experiences in Korea under E-1 to E-7 visa categories
  • Associate degree or higher from an accredited domestic university (within 3 years)
  • Meet the Korean language proficiency requirements (TOPIK, KIIP, etc)

• Available to work on weekends and holidays

• Friendly and communicative, especially in offline settings

• Able to carry out responsibilities with a strong sense of ownership

• Empathetic towards customers and able to provide quick solutions

• Capable of documenting work clearly and thoroughly

• Able to support external offline marketing events

Preferred Qualifications

• Able to communicate fluently in your native language and either English or Korean
• Interested in building a career in marketing, sales, or CX
• Strong interest in digital remittance and fintech services
• Excellent at multitasking and schedule management
