Growth Group 2팀을 소개합니다

We are seeking a candidate who brings a strong sense of ownership over customer relationships, a proactive and results-driven mindset, and the drive to grow together with SentBe. Positioned at the front line of SentBe's service, this role maintains close, ongoing communication with customers and takes ownership of proactively managing and growing those relationships. It goes beyond responding to inquiries through calls, chat, and email — anticipating customer needs and turning that understanding into meaningful recommendations and solutions, while also shaping the processes and policies behind a great customer experience.

• 소속: Growth Group 2팀

• 고용 형태: 정규직 (3개월 시용 기간, 급여 100% 지급)

합류 후 담당 업무 입니다

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through omnichannel support, including phone, chat, email, and other channels

• Systematically collect and analyze customer inquiries and VOC (Voice of Customer) to identify key insights

• Actively share customer pain points and improvement ideas with relevant internal teams, such as Product, Marketing, and Operations

• Engage with online and offline communities in Korea

• Execute offline marketing initiatives to interact directly with customers

• Assist the Content and Promotion team in developing promotional campaigns for the assigned corridor

• Native Thai speaker with proficiency in English

• Strong understanding of Thai customer behavior and the ability to handle customer feedback and complaints

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Background in marketing or experience in the financial industry

• At least 2 years of experience in the remittance industry
